* 到訪日14天前取消活動，可退還全額訂金扣除$100手續費或是延期活動，延期期限一年內。
* 到訪日前7-14天內取消活動，收取50%訂金。或是可以保留訂金延期潛水活動。延期期限一年內。
* 到訪日前3-7天內取消活動，不退還訂金，可以延期活動，延期期限一年內。
* 到訪日前3天內臨時取消活動，不退還訂金，也不可延期活動。
* 參加PADI水肺課程已領取線上課程者，不退還訂金，可以延期課程，延期期限一年內。
⚠️不論天災或個人原因，非延期者，匯款退費一律酌收$100手續費，且需台灣帳號，填表單後約一個月內會收到退款。
